How to Train a Defense

The role of central defender is key to any football team. On the one hand, it is responsible for defending their goalie and prevent opposing players approach the goal; but often they are also responsible for starting the play in attack, either because they recover the ball or because the goalkeeper takes a short. In addition, any error in your position can be crucial, because the rival striker would remain with only the goalkeeper. Another thing is the side, which added to the defensive tasks in attack.
